One of the staff named Nimeka was so impolite. I believe whatever the situation is you must observe your behaviour to your costumers. He was in a hurry for us to leave right away. It would have been helpful if he had given us some time to pack our things since we have our little ones with us.

Our night was ruined by staff NIMEKHA JAYATHILAKA. We were excited to this stay because we are celebrating special occasion thus our parents is here for the first time, sadly it came out TERRIBLE! Mr Nkmekha Jaythilaka treated us extremely bad, impolite, disrecpectful. Inspite of our faults, he must communicate with us in a good manner. We are a guests, we paid, we deserve a good service. Be cautious of your actions and words. Nice place to stay BUT with careless piece of work.

So disappointing! :( staff esp. Nimeka Jayathilaka, frontdesk, is rude,and lacks empathy. My family booked a room but only 2 of us would stay for the night and the rest will leave before midnight, just celebrating my nephew's bday. It was past 10pm when they came and unpolitely asked us to leave immediately, didnt even explain the policy in a nicer way that guests are only allowed til 10. He didnt give us time to pack things up and stayed at the door with security until we left. approach is disrespectful.

We were celebrating my nephew's birthday with our parents around. Given that we will all leave the hotel at night time cause we understand that what we booked is only for 2 guests and in our past experience, they allowed us to bring guests and they did not mention about the timing. We were not even noisy. Rude front office named Nimeka Jayathilaka came with one of the employees and asked us to leave immediately and they said they will wait outside until we leave. We were with a baby, 1 kid and parents. He can ask us nicely and explain to us the policy not to drag us out on the spot. Imagine being in this situation with your parents around, we were treated like criminals, like we need to leave on that span of time. He should have called first and ask us nicely. Or he can ask us nicely so that we will not look like pitiful infront of our parents. Is it because we are Filipinos that he treated us this way? I understand that there is policy but please don't treat us like criminals infront of our parents. It's their first time in UAE and we just want them to enjoy but we were being shamed by the rude employee nimeka. Our parents feels like we are just being treated this way here.

Our check-out experience on 28th early morning was a disaster. As we’ve an early morning flight to catch I did two things a day earlier (1) called the reception via 8000 to inform the need of buggy service at 5:15am on the next day and taxi service at 5:30am, and (2) personally dropped at counter to ensure the two requests are captured in the system as to ensure no mistake. On actual day of check-out (28th Dec’23), things went terribly wrong. No buggy is seen 5 mins crossed the booking time. We dragged the luggages with children walked from A-1-0 (end of the property) all the way to the lobby in order not to miss the taxi scheduled at 5:30am. Then, was been informed upon check-out at the counter taxi request wasn’t been made, and it’s impossible to book taxi in the early morning. We sorted it out ourselves and rushed to airport via UBER service. This is the worst resort we’ve ever experienced, we’ll never recommend to any one, will never return again.
